Profile
Rebecca Lee’s practice is one of dispute resolution, using advocacy, negotiation and strategy skills.
She has mindfully developed these skills during her working life as an advocate, with more than half her career at the Bar. She has acted as counsel in resolving various commercial conflicts, construction issues, taxation disputes, employment law hearings, and wills and estate matters.
Rebecca applies intellectual rigour, emotional intelligence, integrity and independence to all matters. She also holds a science degree, majoring in pure mathematics, in addition to a Bachelor and Master of Laws.
Believing in ‘lifting as you climb’, Rebecca has served at various times as the President of Australian Women Lawyers, an elected member of the Legal Practice Board, the Western Australian Bar Association, and the Law Society of Western Australia.
